Get to know New Work, try it out and apply it directly to your own challenges: This is what participants will be able to do at the first “Agile Transformation Congress”, which Seminaris Hotels is organizing together with its partners berliner team, Cisco and ethcon as a hybrid format at the Seminaris CampusHotel in Berlin on April 29, 2021 (https://www.seminaris.de/en/agile-transformation-congress).
The world of work is changing: Digitalization and the pandemic are accelerating the transformation and change processes already in progress in many companies. The topic of New Work and contemporary methods of employee management are crucial here. Remote leadership and agile working meet green thinking and the desire for sustainability. Companies should be aware of these trends and integrate them as flexibly and smartly as possible into their everyday work. The speakers at the Agile Transformation Congress will explain how this can be achieved: They will provide impulses from science, business and practice.
Participants of the hybrid event will experience what “Deep Dive Seminars” feel like and what can be achieved with agile methods such as Design Thinking or Scrum. The congress is thus aimed at everyone who wants to efficiently start, plan, control and implement change processes in their company.
Speakers at the congress on April 29 on board will include Prof. Dr. Carsten Feldmann, founding director of the Institute for Process Management & Digital Transformation (IPD) FH Münster, Münster School of Business, Markus Wörner, Head of Orgasmic Marketing and member of the salary council of einhorn products GmbH, and Marc Paczian, Head of Channel Solutions EMEA at Dropbox.
