HIGH FEEL-GOOD FACTOR
The working environment at Seminaris Hotels is one with low hierarchies, project work and digital time recording. We strive for a matrix organization throughout the company, in which specialists make the decisions. Of course, we are staying up to date and continuously expanding the possibility of working in a home office, for example. Those who work in shifts may request days off, and we encourage free time management wherever possible. Employees are supported across departments. And above all, a high feel-good factor is important to us: Cordiality is practiced here and everyone is welcomed with open arms. There is a relaxed atmosphere that allows for relaxed working and simply more fun.
We create spaces to grow – for you, for us, and for our partners and guests. Because we believe that work can be more: a learning journey. And because we believe that hotel can also be different: a place where change succeeds. And because learning journeys sometimes write the most beautiful stories, we’ll tell you some of them.
How we work
People need time off – whether for raising children, caring for relatives or taking personal pressure off.
With flexible part-time models or sabbaticals, but above all with trust-based working time, we enable our employees to organize their working time individually. Whether with or without management responsibility, we have the right model for everyone.
We work in an agile manner and in teams that are as heterogeneous as possible.
Experts from Housekeeping, Front Office or Food & Beverage, but also Strategy, HR and Communications work together on projects in various constellations. Colleagues exchange ideas in Scrum processes, Design Thinking workshops and internal podcasts in order to continuously develop solutions.
Our employees have the opportunity to work on the move.
Wherever possible, they can complete their tasks in the office, at home, on the road or, by arrangement, in the most remote places in the world. Because our experience shows: The more flexible we are in our choice of work location, the more committed we are to working together.
There are countless examples of networked working at Seminaris Hotels: For example, Barcamps, with which we promote the company-wide exchange of knowledge – gladly also hybrid.
Or our interdisciplinary transformation teams in all hotels. Thanks to matrix organization, our organizational structure is designed to promote communication and networking across team and divisional boundaries and create more space for creative and focused work.
We rely on the use of different methods.
Through them, real innovation can emerge from networked, self-organized collaboration. We want our employees to be courageous. Of course, this also includes a lively and open error and feedback culture.
Genuine transformation and lived cultural change only succeed if we open up across corporate and hierarchical boundaries, bring an interest in new things and work out solutions together.
This applies to each of us, but also to us as a company. Part of our growth strategy is therefore to purposefully open up the Seminaris Hotels ecosystem to strategic network partners.
Lifelong learning (willing to learn)
Work needs development, because the future needs discoverers.
And especially in times of digitalization, rethinking and thinking along are in demand. For Seminaris, lifelong learning in continuing education and coaching is a matter of course. With development programs, we promote talent – from newcomers to managers.
Are you looking for a new professional challenge? Do you want a job that is more than just work? We offer you the chance to realize your ideas and develop yourself. In a company that lives the future.
