Working at Seminaris feels different. We create spaces to grow – for you, for us and for our partners and guests. Because we believe that work can be more: a learning journey. And because we believe that hotel can be different: a place where change succeeds.
Our core promise as an employer:
WHY? Here, you will grow personally and professionally on the learning journey together.
HOW? Thanks to four values that shape our corporate culture. Which influence our actions, the decisions we make in a self-determined way, and how we communicate with each other.
WHAT? Our employment contracts are as individual as your life model. Your field of activity is varied. We offer individual opportunities for training and further education as well as internal coaching. Seminaris is a participative organization with room for feedback and own ideas.
The journey takes place in a design thinking process that promotes creative ideas and first identifies needs before processes are developed. In iterative processes, team insights are continuously challenged and thus improved. An important aspect is the work in interdisciplinary teams (across departments, locations and hierarchies) in order to be able to incorporate different perspectives.
The transformation team are the ambassadors to the company. The team consists of at least two participants per hotel and the corporate office. Through the support of the agency Wecreation, the team is empowered piece by piece to create a framework for the transformation (in their own hotel) and to fill it with life through the involvement of the employees.

The transformation team (Team Heart) works with the values to develop the breeding ground that will allow the transformation to grow. The Head team identifies the existing challenges that could hinder growth in the transformation.
In-house experiments bring the values to life in order to understand and shape change. The transformation team is the overarching link to the hotels and the Corporate Office. They create a transparent flow of information, reinforce the values and inspire new employees for the transformation. But they also drive the development of experiments and projects internally and across the company. Best practices are thus shared and implemented. Communication in the organization is sharpened. Active grassroots initiatives are created and projects are worked on in design sprints. This makes Seminaris’ claim clear: People should and are allowed to grow beyond themselves here.
