More than 10 years ago, we launched the “Leadership Lounge – science meets economy” together with berliner team GbR. Since then, we have been co-hosting the networking event at the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin in Dahlem. Berliner team as host and organizer invite executives, HR professionals and industry representatives from science to participate three times a year.
The Leadership Lounge offers a forum of exchange for inspiration and communication. Look forward to valuable impulses around the topics of innovation, leadership, and new work.
At the 40th Leadership Lounge, we will be looking at values and corporate culture. What can a company do to start a change in values? How can values be measured and defined? What helps to include all people and to inspire them to be part of the change process? At the 40th Leadership Lounge, we will discuss current approaches and trends in this area.
This time, too, we have prepared presentations from the scientific community and practical examples from the business world.
As an introduction, Prof. Dr. Lars Hochmann from the cusanus University of Applied Sciences for Social Design will speak on “A Play Called Normality”. In it, he focuses on the term “culture” and contextualizes it in relation to corporate culture and corporate management.
In the following presentation, “Value and culture process with everyone – a workshop report from Hochtief PPP Solutions,” Mariola Thometzki, Senior Manager Strategy at Hochtief PPP Solutions GmbH, reports on their value process. A year and a half ago, HTPPPS started a values process that integrated all employees of every level. Together, they identified the values they wanted to live by and a culture they wanted to aspire to in the future. At this Leadership Lounge, Mariola Thometzki will share with you the experiences HTPPPS gained in this process and provide helpful suggestions on how to overcome potential difficulties.
As the next item on the program, berliner team will present the ValueParty app they developed themselves, which can be a helpful tool in changing values. Measure values, identify development needs and derive actions? With the help of the app you can actively take a (further) step towards value change during the event.
Afterwards, as always, you will have plenty of time for networking.
