(That means “Cheers!” in Scottish, but you can also say “Prost!” of course).
In the restaurant am Griebnitzsee culinary classics come more modern, lighter and fresher on the plate. You can share delicacies and ideas together at the table. The perfect accompaniment: the wines from the extensive menu of the house.
We like to be specialists when it comes to the good stuff: The Peat & Oak Bar is one of Germany’s top 50 whisky bars* with around 150 different bottlings on the shelf. For gin and tonic lovers, it has 20 gins on offer.

Bottled water is often stored for years and consumes a lot of energy. We serve best-controlled tap water from Potsdam, filtered by us completely fresh and pure.
Crooked cucumbers or twisted carrots are denied the way to the supermarket shelf. Yet they have so much flavor! We save them and bring them to the plate in top form.
At the tasting dates in the Whisky Club we serve six whiskies (á 2 cl) and snacks on fine plates.
