Seminaris Masterclasses – Learn New Work
August 2, 2022
Masterclasses on New Work? With Seminaris it‘s possible! Companies that want to practice future-oriented working methods such as Agile Transformation, Scrum and New Leadership are at the right address at the conference hotels.
Starting in August, Seminaris Hotels will be offering a variety of master classes in six of its eight hotels, which will be conducted by selected network partners. The Masterclasses are part of a sophisticated range of events with which the hotel chain emphasizes its focus on New Work.
Exclusive pool of experts leads New Work Masterclasses
For their event program Seminaris Hotels have enlisted the services of experienced coaches to work with them on a regular basis. The coaches specialize in transformation, organizational development, agile leadership or digitization – in short, in New Work.
Roman Schilling from Schilling & Entrepreneurs concentrates on New Leadership in Bad Honnef, similarly to Olaf Steinhauer with his Masterclass on Digital Leadership in Nuremberg. Domenika Rinke and Malte Eckert from Kollektiv New Work like to use Lego® and Serious Play® at the Bad Boll location to literally act out corporate transformation. Annette Kinne and Jan-Hendrik Brune from u-move focus on sustainable organizational development in Lüneburg. “For a successful transformation workshop, in addition to openness, above all a suitable environment is indispensable. The concept spaces of the Seminaris Hotels inspire creative work!” (Annette Kinne, co-founder of u-move GmbH). Mario André Brückner and Finn Thieme from the Agilizer© Academy share this view. They use Scrum and Kanban to teach agile transformation. The whole thing should also be fun, the team from Wecreation thinks, and takes the participants along on a learning journey: “For us, joy in learning is important. If everyone is on an equal footing, we can fully utilize our potential. New Work methods, like the learning journey, are great to internalize that.” (Simone Bromma, co-founder of Wecreation)
All Masterclasses provide participants with an innovative framework. If implemented correctly, they can use it to shape change processes in teams and agile transformation throughout the entire company.
New Work on every level
The Masterclasses are one of many elements of the New Work culture at Seminaris. “By now, we cover a wide range of agile formats in cooperation with our network partners. These formats can be booked in the Seminaris Hotels and individually adapted to the needs of the customers.” (Anne Bubner, Head of Commerce & Collaboration)
