Description
“Scrum meets Mokka” is a complete Scrum training that teaches Scrum in a very practical way. During the training you will develop a real product with the Scrum Framework: the most delicious mocha coffee. You will learn the Scrum framework in several Scrum teams, starting with agile values, the Scrum roles, artifacts, meetings and much more. In addition to the practical implementation and the theoretical impulses, there is enough room to transfer Scrum in your company context.

With the Mocha Challenge, agile working becomes tangible. Develop a real product – the most delicious mocha – and get into the agile way of working.
