What makes the perfect newcomer for us? He or she brings professional experience and knowledge with them – not necessarily from the hotel industry, but preferably from other sectors.
He or she is capable and willing to learn, and can transfer knowledge to other areas.
What we want from lateral entrants is a breath of fresh air, ideas for new things and the transformation of structures. With few exceptions, they can enter practically any job in the hotel industry – the necessary expertise can be acquired. So far, for example, we have already welcomed them in IT, service, assistance, the front office, and the kitchen, among others.
It is important that these people live the spirit of service. This also includes a desire for interaction with people, open-mindedness, curiosity and interest.
We expect intrinsic motivation, courage, adaptability – and a desire for new things and development.
