Unsere Gäste und Partner finden bei uns ihren “place to grow” – Als Haustechniker (m/w/d) jonglierst du gekonnt mit Sicherungen und Anschlüssen, stellst sicher, dass bei frostigen Temperaturen die Heizungsanlage auf Wohlfühlkurs läuft und niemand im Eifer des Gefechts über Kabelleitungen fliegt. Reibungslos läuft bei dir nicht nur die Technik, sondern auch das Wasser durch den Hahn.

Deine Rolle:
Schaltkreis-Magier der technischen Anlagen

Du bist ein technischer Tausendsassa und hältst gerne Dinge in Schach. In der Pflege, Wartung und Instandsetzung von Gebäuden, Außenanlagen und haustechnischen Einrichtungen siehst du eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, die immer für neue Überraschungen sorgt. Wenn’s mal brennt bist du am Start- egal ob für unsere Gäste oder Mitarbeiter, löschst kleine und große Feuer, ob mit Herz oder Verstand oder einfach der Ruhe, die du ausstrahlst.

Die Rolle umfasst:

  • Technische & elektronische Anlagen: Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination, Einweisung und Betreuung externer Dienstleister, die die Wartung aller technischen und elektronischen Anlagen unseres Hotels durchführen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit ihnen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.

  • Medien- & Veranstaltungstechnik: Du spielst auch eine wichtige Rolle im täglichen operativen Geschäft, besonders im Bereich Events und Veranstaltungen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen das Einrichten der Veranstaltungsräume, einschließlich der Medientechnik.

  • Reparaturen: In deiner Verantwortung liegt auch die Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten der haustechnischen Anlagen, wie Heizungen, Wasseranlagen und Lüftungen.

  • Technische Erneuerung: Bei technologischen Erneuerungsprojekten bist du ein entscheidender Akteur. Dein Innovationsgedanke und Fachwissen sind genauso wichtig wie die Umsetzung dieser Projekte.

  • Administration: Die Dokumentation und Erstellung von Installationsberichten gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Abgaben, ebenso wie die Beschaffung von Verbrauchsmaterialien.

  • Kommunikator: Als Ansprechpartner bei allen technischen Fragen und Störmeldungen stellst du die nötigen Informationen bereit, bietest Hilfestellung, unterstützt oder vermittelst. Dabei erkennst du die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen anderer und kannst lösungsorientiert darauf eingehen.

  • Garten & Außenbereiche: Gleichzeitig kümmerst du dich um die Pflege des Gartens und des Außenbereichs des Hotels, um unseren Gästen ein angenehmes und ansprechendes Umfeld zu bieten.

  • Qualifikation: Haustechniker zu sein bedeutet für dich weit mehr, als nur einen Werkzeugkasten unter dem Arm zu tragen. Für dich ist ‘Watt’ nicht nur ein Fragewort, sondern eine Messgröße, mit der du arbeitest. Wenn du eine technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung besitzt, idealerweise als Elektriker, Elektroinstallateur oder Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, bringst du bereits die Grundvoraussetzungen mit. Aber auch als Quereinsteiger bist du herzlich willkommen, wenn deine Leidenschaft und Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich uns überzeugen und du den Wunsch hast, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Qualitätsbewusstsein: Deine Markenzeichen sind Sorgfalt und präzises Arbeiten, und du denkst, wie Mc Gyver auch gerne mal ums Eck. Dabei vernachlässigst du niemals dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein für technische und sicherheitsrelevante Standards.

  • Nachhaltigkeitsinteresse: Du zeigst Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit und möchtest dazu beitragen, nachhaltige Praktiken im Rahmen unseres Umweltmanagementsystem nach der Zertifizierung ISO14001:2015 zu fördern.

  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du arbeitest gerne und proaktiv mit unseren Dienstleistern aber auch mit deinem Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammen. Dabei kommunizierst du klar und empathisch. Unterschiedlichste Herausforderungen meisterst du durch deine positive Einstellung souverän und kreativ.

  • Kenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkennnisse, um verständlich zu vermitteln und auf Fragen und Anliegen angemessen reagieren zu können. Auch deine guten Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) helfen dir bei deinen kommunikativen und administrativen Aufgaben.

  • Flexibilität: Bei besonderen Events bist du vor Ort und in Notfällen auch außerhalb deiner regulären Arbeitszeiten ansprechbar, denn du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und unterstützt dein Team. Einen gültigen Fahrerschein der Klasse B setzen wir voraus, die Klasse C (bis 7,5 Tonnen) ist ein Pluspunkt.
