Creating Inclusion and Opening New Opportunities Together
Making inclusion part of everyday life
For Seminaris, sustainability is not only about protecting resources. It is also about creating opportunities, supporting people and taking responsibility within our communities.
Through partnerships with Lebenshilfe at several locations, we create meaningful opportunities for people with different disabilities to contribute their skills and take on responsibility in a real working environment.
At the same time, the collaboration supports our hotels in maintaining outdoor areas and demonstrates how social sustainability can be integrated into everyday operations in a practical and meaningful way.
„Working with Lebenshilfe showed me how much strength can be found in small steps. It is inspiring to see how motivation grows when people are given real responsibility.“
A partnership that creates impact
The cooperation includes regular maintenance work on the outdoor areas of selected Seminaris hotels. Lebenshilfe team members carry out tasks such as lawn care, garden maintenance and seasonal landscaping work, supported by their supervisors.
For Seminaris, this partnership goes far beyond practical support. It creates opportunities for exchange, broadens perspectives and strengthens awareness of inclusive working environments. The experiences gained also help us identify new ways to improve processes and expand future collaboration.

More inclusion, more understanding, more opportunities
The partnership has already shown positive results for everyone involved. People with disabilities gain meaningful responsibilities and opportunities to contribute their skills, helping to build confidence, recognition and participation.
At the same time, employees gain new perspectives on diversity, inclusion and social responsibility. The collaboration highlights how valuable different experiences and backgrounds can be in creating a strong and supportive workplace culture.
Seminaris plans to continue expanding this commitment and create additional opportunities for future projects as part of a broader understanding of sustainability that naturally includes social responsibility.
