Measure 4

The coffee break is set up in the conference room and is permanently available there for the conference participants. All dishes are individually portioned or packaged. We use only glass, other reusable boxes, or the most environmentally friendly, sustainable packaging possible. In the case of a central coffee break, all portioned dishes are additionally protected with a lid.

Filter coffee is permanently provided in the room. Self-service from coffee machines is possible. If necessary, it may be required to agree on time windows. This must be decided on a house-by-house basis. Alternatively, coffee specialties are served by employees during pre-arranged time windows. Hand sanitizer is available immediately adjacent to the coffee machine. Filter coffee is available on request.
