Empathy Map

• The Empathy Map is about the feelings, thoughts and actions of potential customers, their motivation to buy a product or service
• The view of the customer is based on seeing, hearing, acting, thinking and feeling, in order to not only describe customer wishes, but to really understand and internalise them
