Hey, I’m Ronald Szyslo from the Seminaris service team – and I may soon be your new contact and buddy.
I will accompany you step by step when you start at the Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam and act as your mentor. It’s important to me and the entire team that you feel comfortable with us right from the start. Why? Seminaris is no ordinary hotel. We create space to grow – for you, for us and for our partners and guests. Because we believe that work can be more: a learning journey. And because we believe that hotel can also be different: as a place where change succeeds.
This is where you come in: If you’re creative and enjoy learning and developing, you’ll feel completely at home in the Seminaris kitchen team. It doesn’t matter to us whether you are a beginner, a career changer or even an experienced chef – if you have personality, bite and a desire for good cuisine, you belong with us.
You are convincing in the mise en place, the preparation of à la carte dishes and you are not too shy to clean up afterwards? You like to take care of the buffet from A to Z? You want to cook what you can and are happy when the guests are full and satisfied? Then you should definitely apply for a job with us!
Service is not just any service for us. It is our breeding ground on which everything else can grow. At Seminaris, we want to take the idea of service further and explore new avenues. We want to be great hosts and show our personality in the process – without pretending. After all, don’t guests feel most comfortable when they sense that their hosts are, too?
You’ve come to the right place if you question things in a meaningful way and don’t take anything for granted; if you feel like contributing your own ideas and taking responsibility from day one. Because at Seminaris, we treat each other as equals and stand up for each other. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we place great emphasis on the joy of communication. You should definitely share this joy.
In short: You want a great job with even better people, you want to learn and grow – and all that in an extremely forward-looking working environment?
If your answer to all of this is a resounding “Yes!”, then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents in German language!
Your Seminaris Team
The employees at Seminaris put so much heart and soul and passion into their jobs – we are aware of the responsibility we have towards them. Deep respect for all of them is therefore a matter of course for us. Everyone is welcome here, everyone has a voice and we listen to it. We maintain open, honest and trusting communication. We conduct regular surveys to gauge the mood of our teams – and respond accordingly. We actively protect employees by allowing overtime to be reduced. “Free means free”: There is no disturbance on vacation with us! We also know and respect employees’ individual protection needs. Nothing is taboo; instead, help is provided for self-help. In addition, it is very important to us that everyone should have individual opportunities for further development and equal chances!
