Deine Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner für GMs & Personalverantwortliche der einzelnen Häuser in allen HR Belangen

  • Direktes Reporting an Head of HR

  • Eingabe & Pflege von Personaldaten

  • Vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung & HR Controlling

  • Erstellung & Verwaltung von jeglichen personalrelevanten Dokumenten

  • Aktive & passive Bewerbersuche

  • Ganzheitliches Bewerbermanagement

  • On- & Offboarding von Mitarbeitern

  • Begleitung bei der Umsetzung von Zielvereinbarungen einzelner Mitarbeiter

  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei vielfältigen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

  • Entwicklung von Mitarbeiterbindungsprogrammen

  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführen von Trainings

  • Entwicklung, Mitgestaltung, Umsetzung und stetige Optimierung innovativer HR Strategien/ Prozesse

  • Organisation von Firmenevents und Aktionen

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/ Gastronomie & Tourismus

  • Erste Führungserfahrung konntest du bereits sammeln

  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind deine Stärke

  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und gute Menschenkenntnis

  • Offenes, freundliches, empathisches Auftreten

  • Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige, gewissenhafte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

  • Organisations- und Koordinationstalent

  • Analytisches dennoch auch kreatives Denken

  • Lust auf Veränderung und Innovation

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität sowie Integrität

  • Unternehmerisches Denken

  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
