Hey! I’m Angela Bihl, from the Seminaris service team – and maybe soon your new contact person and buddy.
When you start at the Seminaris Hotel Bad Boll, I will accompany you step by step and stand by your side as a mentor. It is important to me and the entire team that you feel comfortable with us from the start. Why? Seminaris are not ordinary hotels. We create space to grow – for you, for us and for our partners and guests. Because we believe that work can be more: a learning journey. And because we believe that hotels can also work differently: as a place where change can succeed.
This is where you come in: If you are curious and enjoy learning and developing yourself further, then you will feel completely at home in the Seminaris service team. It doesn’t really matter to us whether you’re a beginner, newcomer or even an experienced host – if you have personality, bite and desire good service, you belong with us.
Do you want to serve breakfast, banquet, bar or restaurant? You want to impress in the mise en place to show the guests what we offer and can offer? Your day was perfect when the billing is correct and the guests are satisfied because you meet every mood with charm and self-determination? Then definitely apply to us!
For us, service is not just any service. It is our breeding ground on which everything else can grow. At Seminaris, we want to take the idea of service one step further and explore new ways of thinking. We want to be great hosts and show our personality – without pretending. After all, don’t guests feel most comfortable when they sense that their hosts feel the same way?
You’ve come to the right place with us if you question things in a meaningful way and don’t take anything for granted; if you want to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility from day one. Because at Seminaris we meet at eye level and stand up for one another. To ensure that everything works so smoothly, we attach great importance to communication. You should definitely share this joy.
In short: Do you want a great job with even better people, learn and grow at the same time – and all of that in an extremely future-oriented working atmosphere?
If your answer to all of this is a resounding “Yes!”, then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents in German language!
Your Seminaris team
The employees at Seminaris put so much heart and soul and passion into their jobs – we are aware of the responsibility we have towards them. Deep respect for all of them is therefore a matter of course for us. Everyone is welcome here, everyone has a voice and we listen to it. We maintain open, honest and trusting communication. We conduct regular surveys to gauge the mood of our teams – and respond accordingly. We actively protect employees by allowing overtime to be reduced. “Free means free”: There is no disturbance on vacation with us! We also know and respect employees’ individual protection needs. Nothing is taboo; instead, help is provided for self-help. In addition, it is very important to us that everyone should have individual opportunities for further development and equal chances!
