How responsibility and trust shaped my development
I’m Simon Anders, and I was part of Seminaris Hotels since starting my apprenticeship in 2017. Only a few years later, I had the opportunity to take on responsibility in front office management as well as environmental management.
What mattered most to me was the trust and freedom to work independently. At Seminaris, development was never only about traditional career paths, but also about taking ownership and growing personally.
This combination of self-organisation, trust and teamwork strongly shaped my experience in front office management.
„Together with my team, I experienced how important trust, support and collaboration are in everyday work life.“
Why teamwork mattered so much to me
At Seminaris Hotels, I experienced how valuable a supportive team can be. Over time, many colleagues became not only close collaborators, but also real friends.
What I appreciated most was that everyone could contribute their individual strengths. This created a work environment built on trust and mutual support instead of competition. Especially during challenging situations, we could always rely on one another and find solutions together.
For me, this strong sense of collaboration was a defining part of the company culture.

What made me especially proud
One particularly meaningful moment for me was supporting one of our apprentices during his final exams. We spent a lot of time learning and preparing together. When he successfully passed his exams and later signed a permanent contract for the Front Office team, it became a very special moment for me.
That experience showed me how important support, trust and shared learning are for personal development. Moments like this made my time at Seminaris especially meaningful.
What I took from my time at Seminaris
My time at Seminaris Hotels taught me how important initiative, trust and teamwork are for professional growth.
I learned to take responsibility, support people and overcome challenges together as a team. Many of these experiences still shape the way I think about collaboration, leadership and personal development today.
