Change Management

Our world is changing. That in itself is nothing new. But what is new is the speed! Today, companies have to adapt to changing markets continuously and ever faster in order to remain competitive. Change management can become necessary due to increasing competition and globalisation, rising customer expectations, technological progress, demographic developments or changes in the way we work. A possible New Work method to create change is Lego® Serious Play®. Thoughts, experiences, structures (and more) are visualised in three-dimensional Lego® models so that concrete topics and problems from business practice can be worked on in a moderated process. Central issues must be built with the help of a Lego® Serious Play® model and then presented to the group. These questions can beto each person individually, but also to teams. Subsequently, concrete derivations are made in order to transfer the possible solution approaches into business reality. The special feature is that with the construction of an answer to a Lego® question, the participants deal with the question in greater depth. They activate the part of the brain that is responsible for abstract thinking and creativity and develop new solution approaches.
