STP12 Symposium Registration

SCOSTEPs STP12 symposium will take place in Berlin from July 12-16, 2010.

This form is intended for payment of the registration fee via credit card (Visa- or Master card). Please keep your credit card ready. The payment process takes place on a security certified server.

Your registration is not valid until you finish the payment process. The registration fee is collected by the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin on behalf of SCOSTEP.

After finishing the registration process you will receive immediately a confirmation per e-mail.

Registration via internet will be closed on June 30, 2010. Thereafter you can only register at higher rates directly at the conference center (cash-only in Euro). Please note the higher registration rates (see table below). Master and PhD students pay a reduced registration fee (see table below). They must provide a proof of their status at the registration desk.

The registration fees for the STP12 symposium are as follows:

Conditions and Cancellation Policy:

  • Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
  • Registration fees are not transferable.
  • Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Local Organizing Committee before 15 June 2010. The cancellation fee is € 50,00.
  • Cancellations after 15 June 2010 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
